HelpDesk workplace of ELTECO-UPS Company ensures company products service security in cooperation with on-line service control support through its service centers in Prague, Brno and central service department in Roznov p/R.
HelpDesk services main tool is monitoring software GlobMon, by which are monitored end user equipments, eventually whole technology complexes as infrastructure of datacenters, complex supply energycenter etc.
Ingoing on service time delays are structured according to individual levels SLA, whereas highest level is security 7 x 24 x 365. On this level SLA are held service readiness on all service centers both in evening hours and also during Sat, Sun and legal holidays.
