These commercial conditions arrange relations between ELTECO-UPS Company and costumers for selling products according to valid price list.

1. Order

Goods can be delivered on written mandatory order basis only which can be sent by below-mentioned ways:

• Personally in ELTECO-UPS Ltd. Company domicile
• By Fax on number 571 842 375
• By E-mail on address obchod@elteco-ups.cz
• By filling out an order form on internet pages of ELTECO-UPS Ltd.

By sending order form customer confirms agreement with these commercial conditions and with price according to valid price list of ELTECO-UPS Ltd. company in time of its take-over. Identification data, exact name of goods, required quantity and signature of company's corporate representative eventually his entrusted person must be included in order form.

2. Delivery conditions

By delivering of goods is meant it's handover to transporter eventually personal takeover in ELTECO-UPS Ltd. company domicile. By price which is stated in valid price list of ELTECO-UPS Ltd. company is meant price including wrapping and package without transportation charges to station of ultimate destination, without transport insurance, without VAT. Below-mentioned options can be used for transportation:

• Freight forwarder (EDIS)
• Trading package
• Post-office package
• EMS
• Post-office cash on delivery

Delivery of goods is realized in these delivery dates:

• Immediately if goods is available
• In dates to 3-4 weeks max if a goods is not available
• In another date after bilateral agreement

If customer has unpaid obligations toward supplier ELTECO-UPS Ltd. from last deliveries, ordered goods will be sent after these obligations are paid or after agreement about the way of their cover. Delivered goods remains in seller's ownership until purchase price is paid by buyer.

3. Payment conditions

In case there's not contract of sale signed or contract for work signed payment of ordered goods is realized by one of below mentioned way:

• Payment in cash
• After payment in advance of proforma-invoice
• By credit transfer in agreed expiration date

4. General Assignations

ELTECO-UPS Ltd. company provides 24 months of warranty period on all their products. Customer can apply demands on defects be caused by while using products only under technical conditions and instructions which are included in operation manual. Complaints must be applied always in written form.
